1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anime Watch Times (“AWT”, “we”, “our”, “the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.

2) The Service

AWT provides a weekly schedule of anime releases and related information. Times are shown in Eastern Time unless otherwise noted. We do not host or distribute video streams. Links to streaming services are for convenience only.

3) Permitted Use

  • Personal, non-commercial use only.
  • No automated scraping, bulk downloading, or mirroring of the site.
  • Do not interfere with security or attempt to bypass technical protections.
  • Do not use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

4) Intellectual Property

The AWT name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by Anime Watch Times and protected by applicable laws. Anime titles, posters, images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification/informational purposes.

5) Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may link to third-party sites (e.g., streaming providers). We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

6) Accuracy & Availability

Release times and metadata may change or vary by region. While we aim for accuracy, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind (express or implied). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWT disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, timely, secure, or uninterrupted.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWT and its owners, contributors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9) DMCA & Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on AWT infringes your rights, email contact@animewatchtimes.com with: (a) a description of the work claimed to be infringed; (b) the specific URL(s) of the material; (c) your contact details; and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized and that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury. We may remove content in our discretion.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability).
